Privacy Policy

We respect everyone’s right to privacy. Brewmasters Warehouse Inc does not rent, sell, or disclose any information provided to Brewmasters Warehouse Inc. No personal information is collected about visitors to the site.

Return and Exchange Policy

All perishable and/or consumable items including grains, hops, malt extract, and yeast are not returnable. Defective equipment and/or materials can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns are handled on a case by case basis. To return an item please call 1-877-973-0072 or email at info@brewmasterswarehouse.com to start the return process. If emailing, please include your name and order number along with a description of the problem.

Shipping Policy

Brewmasters Warehouse Inc is proud to offer flat rate shipping of $6.99 for products sold. The Brewmasters Special shipping sends orders via FedEx Ground. Other options for shipping are available and are sold at cost. We will never charge a customer more than the cost of shipping under any circumstance. The flat rate shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous states. Also, Brewmasters Warehouse Inc can not ship to PO boxes.

Orders received from Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will not pay shipping at the time of checkout. Customers from the aforementioned areas will be contacted with options for shipping and will be charged the full shipping cost. Due to paying full shipping charges all orders from Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will be expedited. There is no handling fee, and customers will have an option of shipping FedEx or USPS.

We can not add items to orders once they have been placed. Please make sure that you have everything you need before ordering. If you need to add items please contact us at 877-973-0072, or info@brewmasterswarehouse.com before your order ships.

Brew Builder Policy

When constructing a recipe with the brew builder please note that some items come in prepackaged amounts and not all recipes call for a full package (i.e. you are using .5 oz of hops, but hops are sold in 1 oz packages). When this happens the sum of the individual ingredients will not be correct, but the Total displayed is always correct. Customers are only charged for the minimum number of packages required to complete the recipe. All grains will be combined and delivered into a single package, unless provided with special instructions at checkout. If you would like to order individually packaged grain please purchase by using the ingredients section. Hops are sold in 1 oz packages only.

Brew Builder recipes that are created can be saved to a private Recipe Book found in the My Account area of the website. The author of the recipe will be the only one able to view recipes in the private Recipe Book. There is also an option to save recipes to a public area to share your recipe with other customers. Brewmasters Warehouse highly encourages customers to share recipes with other customers and leave review comments on recipes and other products on the website.

Rules for Sharing Recipes and leaving Review Comments:

1. By sharing a recipe you can allow other users to purchase and brew your recipe. This will help newer brewers that are not comfortable creating recipes, as well as the author of the recipes through comments, and feedback left by others. Recipes that are shared are done so voluntarily without compensation or expectation of compensation. By sharing a recipe you grant permission for Brewmasters Warehouse, Inc. to promote, list, package, and sell the recipe without compensation.
2. Shared recipes must be the complete recipes featuring grains or extracts, hops, and yeast. Shared recipes that are not complete in nature will be removed from the shared library without mercy. Shared recipes that are listed under the wrong type (ie all-grain, partial mash, extract) will be adjusted to reflect the proper type.
3. Shared recipes should be original work of the author. Recipes, Brewery Names, and Recipe Names taken directly from copyrighted material without permission will be removed.
4. Any content deemed to be offensive will be removed. Repeated offenders will be prohibited from sharing recipes, and leaving reviews/comments.
