Fermcap S can be used to prevent boil overs, and blow offs when fermenting. Using 2 drops per gallon is all that is needed, and is enough to last about 20 batches. If you are using it to prevent blow off in the fermenter the bitterness will be increased by 10%. One ounce bottle comes with dropper lid.
