Recipe Notes

Mash at 156 or 158, depending on your system- to give you a very malty result. Sparge to reach boil volume.

Ferment at the coolest temperature your yeast can tolerate- pacman yeast at 60 degrees is ideal. Any clean well-attenuating American yeast will do- if fermented on the cold side of the yeast strain's tolerance.
