Recipe Notes
Steep in 1 gallon 150*F for 20 minutes. Sparge grains with 1/2 gallon 150*F. Add water for 1.5 gallons total volume. Bring to boil, remove from heat, then add DME, Malto-Dex, and Hops. Boil for 60 minutes. Cool and add cold water to obtain 5 gallons. Pitch yeast.
Prime with 1.25 cup wheat DME
