Recipe Notes
Mash grains at 150 for 30 minutes 5.0 quarts
sparge at 170 2.5 quarts
add water to 4 gallons
stir in dried malt, bring to boil
add bittering hops (60 minute)
add LME and Irish moss (1 tsp) at 15 minutes
add aroma hops with 2 minutes to go
cool wort top off to 5 gallons
aereate wort pitch at 68 degrees
ferment at 68 degrees
